Neuroscience in recent decades has provided the most exciting and compelling evidence for the efficacy of Clinical Hypnotherapy and I am delighted that there are such wonderful tools to share with clients that take away pain and distress as well as strengthen skills and positive behaviours.

I am fortunate to have two wonderful adult children - a daughter and a son - and to be Nana to the most gorgeous, little granddaughter.
I love our natural world and being out and about - irrespective of the weather. My interests include reading, walking, gardening, dancing, socialising with friends, listening to music and attending live gigs, involvement in my local business community and watching films - old and new- at my town's beautiful art deco cinema.
