Terms & Conditions

 Please read these terms and conditions designed to protect you. They apply to the provision of in-person and online clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy consultations in Susan Lamb’s practice. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to these.

Therapy Consultations and Fees: Each single consultation lasts for one hour and the fee per session is £120. Smoking and Vaping cessation sessions last for three and a half hours and the total fee is £420. Other Intensive sessions are charged on an hourly basis. Fees are payable a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

A formal payment receipt is available on request. A free, initial consultation lasting approximately 40 minutes is obligatory before booking a paid consultation. No therapy is provided during that session. 

Consultation fee changes: The consultation fees are subject to reviews usually on an annual basis from 1st January. Notice will always be given of any price increases when you are in a course of therapy.

Medical Conditions: A brief questionnaire is part of the Initial Consultation to establish any contra-indications to treatment.

Cancellation: If you wish to change, postpone or cancel a session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given, or the cost of the full session is payable. Please contact Susan Lamb on 07958 112335 to make your cancellation. This minimum period of cancellation allows the opportunity to offer the cancelled session to another client.

If Susan Lamb needs to change your session time, it will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time.

If you wish to discontinue your course of therapy, you do not have to give a reason. 

Following your last appointment, your rights of confidentiality are permanent.
